This Privacy Policy describes how WriteReal ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the WriteReal mobile application and related services (the "Service").
1. Information We Collect
Account information
When you sign in, we may collect your email address, display name, and authentication identifiers provided by Google Sign-In or other sign-in providers.
Content you provide
We process the text, documents, and files you submit for humanization, storage, and synchronization across your devices.
Subscription information
Purchases are handled by Apple, Google, and our subscription provider, RevenueCat. We receive subscription status, product identifiers, and transaction metadata needed to grant access to premium features. We do not receive your full payment card details.
Usage and device information
We may collect app version, device type, operating system, language, and diagnostic logs to maintain security, fix bugs, and improve performance.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- provide, operate, and personalize the Service;
- authenticate users and manage subscriptions;
- store and sync your saved writing;
- respond to support requests;
- detect abuse, fraud, and security incidents;
- analyze usage trends and improve product quality.
3. Legal Bases
Where required by law, we process personal data based on contract performance, legitimate interests, consent, or legal obligation.
4. How We Share Information
We may share information with:
- cloud infrastructure and authentication providers such as Firebase;
- subscription and billing partners such as RevenueCat, Apple, and Google;
- analytics or support vendors that help us operate the Service;
- authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Data Retention
We retain account and content data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize associated personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal, security, or billing purposes.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
7. Your Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or to object to certain processing. You can delete your account from Settings. Subscription management is available through your app store account.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. International Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. We take steps designed to ensure appropriate safeguards where required.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version in the app and revise the "Last updated" date above.
